They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. You will handle queries, contact customers for remittances, and maintain regular communication to facilitate sales and ensure timely payments. Duties: Handle customer queries and obtain proof of deliveries. Send copy invoices and credit notes. Establish and maintain regular communication with customers. Agree payment plans and negotiate sales facilitation. Notify customers of upcoming or outstanding invoices. Facilitate regular payments and take card payments over the phone.
