They are looking for someone to join the team to help manage a portfolio of 250 properties. Duties - · Managing/assisting with repairs & reactive maintenance calls · Dealing with tenant’s reports, updating on repairs/ access requirements. They are looking for someone to join the team to help manage a portfolio of 250 properties. Duties - · Managing/assisting with repairs & reactive maintenance calls · Dealing with tenant’s reports, updating on repairs/ access requirements. · Following up with contractors to ensure jobs are complete · Manage and organising all Health & Safety for the Residential Department electric, gas, PAT, property inspections incl. fire risk backssments, PPM schedule, oil servicing, legionella, mega flow, heating pressure, chlorination, service vents, smoke, fire appliances, fire alarm, common parts inspections, window cleaning, HMO, automist, filters, EPC · Property inspections · Invoice management and filing · Helping with inputting data & software management · Preparing property inspections reports /PAT testing, organising keys and filing the reports · Assistance with managing access for routine maintenance/works i. e. PPM, fire blankets etc · HMO & FMO licensing & management together with compliance · Prepare booklets/manuals for new tenancies. Benefits - Company Pension Scheme Private Medical Insurance Scheme Discretionary Annual Bonus Life Insurance Salary is £26,000 to £30,000 Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
