Position: Account Coordinator Are you someone who is meticulous and organised and looking for a new opportunity? Then you have come to the right place! We are currently recruiting for an account coordinator to join lovely team of people at their offices in Chichester. This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract, however there is the possibility that it will become permanent, please ask for more details. As an account coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring that all orders are delivered on time, while maintaining transparent communication with internal and external customers. This is not a telephone based role and the majority of work and communication will be done via email, although for ease/speed you will make and take calls if required. In this role you will also use Excel on a daily basis, so its important that you are confident user. The Role: Acting as the main point of contact for several large trade customers Responding promptly to email and phone enquiries Communicating with other departments regarding purchase orders, allocations, and quantities Keeping the wider team informed of any ongoing customer activity Building strong relationships with customers by developing a thorough understanding of their accounts Providing product information and coordinate purchasing requests Processing customer orders and allocations promptly and within the appropriate timeframe The Person: If you possess excellent communication skills, a passion for organisation, and a keen attention to detail, we invite you to apply for this current job opening.
