A well: known digital agency in Glasgow City Centre is looking for a Digital Marketing Director to join the team on an initial 12: month fixed term basis. Theyre hiring as someone is about to go off on maternity leave and theyre also being kept busy with new and existing clients at the moment. The agency works on projects for multi: national clients across many different sectors such as finance, drinks, healthcare and more. You will be expected to be skilled across all channels of digital marketing and need to have prior experience of leading digital marketing teams. Rather than being very hands: on with digital marketing, your role will to be make sure that the team are on track with their projects and also to mentor them if they are struggling. Along with other Directors, youll be expected to be instrumental in developing the overall digital marketing strategy for the agency and for vital, high profile clients. Prior experience with the likes of Google Analytics will be crucial to the role as well. Experience of working within an agency or a consultancy is essential for the role. Youd be expected to work across multiple projects at the one time, so experience of working in a fast: paced environment like that would be ideal. They are based in Glasgow Centre and operate a hybrid working approach, so youd be expected to be in the office a couple times per week. They have clients across the UK, so youd be expected to travel to these locations when necessary. They have a budget of up to GBP65,000 and as mentioned previously, its a 12: month fixed term contract. On top of this, they have a strong benefits package which includes Private Medical, a great pension contribution and much more.
