Our client is looking for a solicitor at the Associate or Senior Associate level with exceptional legal skills. The appointed solicitor will be provided with a well: rounded caseload, including but not limited to shareholder disputes, alternative dispute resolution, banking and finance disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery and injunctions. The role requires the Solicitor to have a strong understanding of commercial litigation matters and the ability to use their initiative, establishing leadership skills to develop the team in continuing the success of the department. The successful case officer will be a key member of this thriving team and will offer effective support towards our client's business and strategicobjectives. THE CANDIDATE: A thriving firm based in Greater Manchester are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their well established team. A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE and experience working in a reputable commercial litigation firm is best suited to this role. Ideally, this position would suit someone with a flair for business development and confidence in generating new revenue.
