You will be responsible for a varied case load of Private Client matters. The appointed solicitor must be able to demonstrate experience in advising HNW clients on estate and tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, estate administration, and trust formation, taxation, and administration in order to be considered for this position. Applicants should be experienced Private Client Solicitors with existing client relationships, or market presence, and strong ability to generate new work leads. You will have the ability to put the clients' interest at the heart of what you do by keeping them up to date with each step of the process. You will be committed to teamwork and be willing to engage in business development and networking to help promote the firm and your department. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with 6 to 10 years' PQE gained from Private Client work. You will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. STEP qualification is preferable for this position but is by no means essential, however knowledge of Trusts and experience of advising on HNW and UHNW work is essential in order to be successful in this role.
