Our client is a very reputable Design and Build Main Contractor who work on a broad portfolio of projects. Some of these projects include, large scale regeneration works, high end residential, retail and leisure schemes. They also cover a lot of commercial and high end fit out projects. They are now looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to join the team on a permanent basis. Project values are generally between £100-£200m. Our client is a very reputable Design and Build Main Contractor who work on a broad portfolio of projects. They are now looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to join the team on a permanent basis. Project values are generally between £100-£200m. The head office is based close to Farringdon, London. Main Responsibilities: Provide support to the Managing Quantity Surveyor. Assistance with the procurement of Sub-Contractors; Consultants and Suppliers. Contribution to the analysis of Sub-Contractors; Consultants and Suppliers tender returns. Preparation, co-ordination, and processing labour only payments. Carry out building work take-offs, measurement and scheduling exercises and preparation of bills of quantities for the procurement and sub-letting processes. Requirements: BSc in Quantity Surveying Chartered member of RICSJCT Contracts Commercial knowledge Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in Construction industry Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Desirable If interested, please get in touch with Mark.
