Position: Project Controller Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Controller to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to engage in projects that have a profound impact on Our Companys operations across all our core regions. Responsibilities: In this role, your typical week will involve the following: Efficiently and effectively delivering projects. Cultivating robust internal networks within the UK and our core regions (France, Germany, and Spain). Achieving effective change management, engagement, and buy: in from stakeholders for pertinent change initiatives. Key Projects: You will play a pivotal role in several key projects, including: Participation in the Voice of Employee mission, working on projects aimed at enhancing our Employee Experience. Management of projects related to the implementation of HR Transformation initiatives, such as improvements to HR digital tools, hybrid work arrangements, and the Joiners Movers Leavers program. Qualifications: Successful candidates will demonstrate the following: Proficiency in change management strategies. Strong project management capabilities. A passion for improvement and innovation. A track record of influencing stakeholders and sponsors. A high degree of autonomy, organization, and proactiveness. Excellent communication skills at all levels within the organization.
