The Role Key purpose of the role is to manage clients’ applications for Disabled Facilities Grants, loans and repair grants, including designing and organising schemes ensuring the property meets the needs of individuals and the correct Standard. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Arrange and undertake site visits, meeting with applicants & occupational therapists. Undertake the role of Principal Designer Undertake measured surveys and to give technical advice. The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require: Qualification to HNC/D Level in surveying or relevant professional qualification. The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £48 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
