An exciting opportunity for all Senior Quantity Surveyors x2026; If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor who comes from a main contracting background and who has experience running healthcare schemes then this ones for you. Due to growth the company is looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a healthcare project in East Susinteraction which is in the region of GBP25m. You will: Report to the Commercial Director and be responsible for the management of commercial aspects including: liaison with supply chain to develop scope of works and cost plan, liaison with clients: team, and input to preconstruction phase through to agreement of target cost. Thereafter you will be responsible for sub: contract procurement, management of sub: contractor accounts, undertaking measurement and valuations for payments, pricing and agreeing variations, applications to client for interim payments, financial forecasting and CVRs settlement of subcontractor final accounts, agreement of client final account. They are looking for someone who has: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of successful outcomes. The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain best practices. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience working on healthcare schemes. NEC experience and a good understanding of the form of contract. For this role, they are looking for someone who has previous experience working on healthcare projects, for someone who has a good understanding of the NEC form of contracts and for someone who has experience running large projects.
