My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team. They are a large regional main contractor who currently deliver projects from GBP1m to GBP15m through traditional procurement routes as well as delivering GBP50m construction management schemes. They work in the Educational, Residential, Leisure, Care, Health and Commercial sectors. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have worked for a main contractor in the aforementioned sectors for at least 3 years and will be able to demonstrate the skill set and competence required for their level. The salary and package is GBP50,000 : GBP55,000 but will be based on salary expectations for the level of the applicant.
