Job Description SCOPE OF ROLE Acting as first point of contact for all visitors to the business, you will represent the business positively ensuring all visitors to site receive excellent customer service. You will coordinate front-desk activities, providing administrative support and assisting the Facilities Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the facilities’ refreshments and provide refreshments to guests. Sorting incoming and outgoing post. Ordering stationery and other office consumables, managing stock levels, and reporting this to the Facilities Assistant. Managing the meeting room spaces and bookings Manage the access pass system, issuing cards and deleting as applicable. Pulling reports for daily check-in and liaising with HR and Dept managers as required Order merchandise and liaise with Marketing to ensure it’s kept up to date Monitoring Aerial Direct’s intranet facilities page Provide admin support for all departments as and when required Person specification Skills & Abilities Ability to work accurately under pressure & within strict deadlines.
