Cut and slice cooked meats using powered speciality machines. Shape lace and tie roasts and other meats to prepared meats for different cooking method. Manage meat and poultry inventory and product freshness. Ensure food storage conditions are adequate and meet sanitation practices standards. Qualification Completion of secondary school is required. Commercial meat cutting experience is an asset. Ability to communicate in English is required.
