Director of Operations Up to GBP 120,000 per annum based on experience Bonus Permanent Full Time Hybrid Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Excellent employee benefits We are delighted to supporting a reputable business who supply to a growing, global market with their appointment of a Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, the successful candidate will create, oversee and execute a strong operational strategy as part of the Senior Executive team. Our client offers a generous salary, hybrid/remote working, although some travel both UK and overseas will be required, bonus and benefits. The Director of Operations role will consist of the following responsibilities: : Create and implement business strategy, measure and report whilst creating a positive working environment and employee engagement. : Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. : Manage operations within the UK, Europe and the US markets; take ownership of customer and technical support teams, IT infrastructure and Supply Chain. : Ensure company achieves internal and investor targets for growth and profitability by managing capital investments and expenses. : Work with Senior Exec team on acquisitions, investments and partnerships. : Manage global compliance and structure KPI reporting and action plans. : Project manage as and when required. The Candidate : Experienced in Operations Management within a senior leadership role. : Proven track record of successfully managing, motivating and inspiring a team and hitting goals and targets. : Can communicate clearly at CEO and None Executive Board Member level clearly and concisely. : Desirable skills would be experience of working within an IT, telematics or technical business.
