Inside Sales Executive – Hybrid – Harrow on-the-Hill £27k base £40k OTEOur client has been established over 25 years and is a leading provider of IT solutions into the Education, Legal and corporate arena. Basic salary starts at £27k with a genuine OTE of over £40k with exciting commission accelerators. The company offers A1 training/on-boarding support and a track record for employees progressing with excellent levels of tenure and retention here. The role is a 70/30 new business vs account management split where you will be prospecting within the Educational sector across the UK and US market offering a range of software solutions into the Higher Education arena. Looking for someone that enjoys the hunt and new business with the knowledge of some inbound enquiries to maximise your commission opportunity here. Based in Harrow-on-the-Hill this is predominantly office based with 4 days office and 1 day remote and the 1 day remote would be covering the US market so being flexible to work one late evening typically Wednesdays would be key here. Role guidelines 50/60 outbound calls daily to qualify and gain interest, run the demonstration and close deals so complete 360 autonomy on offer. Small team but very supportive and collaborative and the variety of learning and cross-selling a range of software solutions in colleges, universities and public libraries. Important for the successful candidate to either come from selling into the IT sector or a strong IT aptitude, i. e understanding what a server is, LAN/WAN and basic IT principles.
