Job Opportunity: Quality Manager Location: Norwich Salary: GBP30,000 : GBP40,000 per annum (DOE) Type: Full: Time We are currently working with a leading manufacturing company based in Norwich, known for their work in Passivehaus space. They are a family run business with a fantastic reputation within the industry. There projects include Modular Housing blocks to assist homeless people, Residential plots for the council and other Net Zero based initiatives. They are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join their team to maintain their commitment to quality standards and systems. Role and Responsibilities: Working closely with the Production Manager, the selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to high: quality standards and compliance with ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) and BOPAS standards. Responsibilities include: Managing the Quality Management System to ensure alignment with ISO standards and quality regulations. Collaborating with departments to evaluate documentation accuracy and completeness. Conducting regular quality audits to ensure processes adhere to standards. Assisting the Production Manager in integrating quality processes into production. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Qualifications and Skills: ISO certification knowledge (9001, 14001, 45001). Strong understanding of ISO standards and practical implementation within manufacturing. Excellent organisational skills for multitasking and prioritising. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in relevant document management software.
