Business Manager, Reputation & Influence CAHHybrid working Perm Full Time c£48,000 Overall purpose of the role of Business Manager To provide business management support to the Managing Director, Reputation & Influence, through responsibility for key reporting, communications and other operational functions within the Reputation & Influence department. The postholder will attend on a regular basis Reputation & Influence's Management Team and will be expected to contribute in a collaborative way and with integrity to the delivery of ICAEW's Strategic Plan and the Department's objectives. Role Profile of Business Manager Main responsibilities include: Work with the Managing Director, Reputation & Influence, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department. This includes monitoring meeting actions and deadlines and liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to prepare briefings, updates and other applicable papers for the Managing Director. Liaison with Reputation & Influence's Directors and senior staff to provide high quality analysis and reporting to the Managing Director on such matters as progress against delivery of Operational Plan, quarterly planning and coordination of Departmental consultation responses. Proactively manage diary and meeting responsibilities and commitments for the Managing Director, Reputation & Influence. Line management responsibility. Manage the Reputation & Influence's Directors' team meetings, including the compiling of agendas, writing of minutes and coordination of actions to take. Business Manager Candidate Profile Requirements include: Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a high focus on being proactive, and a further emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to review information and create accurate and insightful summaries and provide critical analysis where required. Excellent communication skills, both written.
