We, JK KOO Enterprise Ltd. o/a Bigway Foods are looking for 1 Full-time, Permanent Retail Supervisor(We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants) Employer: JK KOO Enterprise Ltd. o/a Bigway Foods Position: Retail Sales Supervisor Position Available: 1Work Location: 444 Grand Ave. Indian Head, SK, S0G 2K0Wage & Benefits: - $21.00 - $22.00/hr depending on experience- 15 Days paid vacation and overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk Working hours: 30-36 hour per week (Full-time, Permanent)Education: Completion of Secondary School Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience Language: English Main duties: - Oversee activities of store staff, which includes working on floor, and the cashiers, - Involve advising staff, training new staff, and scheduling shifts, - Ensure that price is correct, deliveries are made on time, counts are accurate, and always remaining items without unnecessary wastes, - Ensure that the store is clean, safe and orderly, and make sure shelves are stocked, - Help its financial goals; Includes evaluating the amount of stocks remaining and sold stocks- Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets- Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning- Keep detailed records, such as expenditure reports, sales, and staff performance, - Help customers’ questions to find items, return of merchandise & perform, - Handle comments, complaints, and more in a professional manner, - Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store, - Sell merchandises to customers if necessary Others We welcome applications from underrepresented groups such as Indigenous, New Immigrants, Youth etc. Able to work on evening, weekend shift and flexible shift, Candidates legally entitled to work in Canada can apply.
