Senior Mental Health Nurse Location: Marylebone, Greater London Salary: GBP 35,000 + London Allowance GBP 4,000 + Benefits Working hours: 37.5 hours per week with night and day shifts GBP 3,000 joining bonus: GBP 1500 upon joining, remaining after 6: month probation. They are looking for a Senior Mental Health Nurse to join their team and empower patients through compassionate care, supporting recovery with expert knowledge of Mental Health Acts and practices. Responsibilities: Provide hands: on clinical leadership and mental health expertise to the multidisciplinary team. Lead as a Senior Mental Health Nurse, driving exceptional patient care. Mentor and support your team while upholding high nursing standards. Empower patients in their care plan and recovery, respecting dignity and professional responsibility. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Possess valid NMC registration. Possess an ENB 998 Mentorship Course qualification Demonstrate mentoring experience, particularly in guiding newly qualified nurses during their preceptorship. Competent in documentation, audits, and adhering to the Mental Health Act of 1983.
