We are searching for a sharp: eyed psychiatric nurse to tend to inpatient and outpatient psychiatric cases. A psychiatric nurse should co: create evidence: based protocols, administer prescribed treatment, and report on prominent deviations in patients symptomology. Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Location: Birmingham, England Experience: Minimum 6 Month experience into clinical setup (Mental Health department)Salary: Band 4 starting salary until Pin Number obtained. ( GBP 25,147 per annum), Band 5 salary : matched to experience. ( GBP 28,407 : GBP 34,581 per annum)Education: B. Sc. in Nursing, Post Basic in Nursing and Diploma Language Certification: IELTS 7 bands in all modules with Writing 6.5 OR OET B grade in all the modules and C+ Writing Job Responsibilities Gauging patients psychiatric states. Administering psychotropic and similar medications. Collaborating on psychiatric intervention plans. Restraining, consoling, and sometimes medicating highly unsettled patients. Monitoring adherence to non: medicinal treatment regimens. Removing potentially harmful and triggering environmental features. Perks and Benefits Option to explore salary advance.
