THE POSITIONWe are currently looking for dedicated Concrete Finishers to commit to the company on a permanent full-time basis to help us keep up with our constantly growing number of projects. JOB DUTIES• Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade• Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement• Operate power vibrators to compact concrete• Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification• Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools• Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces• Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures REQUIREMENTS• High School Diploma• At least 1 year of experience as a concrete finisher or a similar role• Good command in English language, both written and verbal• Practical skills to operate power tools and machinery• Good level of physical fitness COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS• $39.00 per hour for 35 hours of work per week• Applicable overtime rate will apply 44 hours per week• Permanent, full-time position LOCATION OF WORK: 636 Edward Ave. Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4C 0V4 HOW TO APPLY: Please apply by email to with your resume and indicate “concrete finisher” in the subject line.
