The Redline Group have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Scrum Master, on an initial 3 to 6-month project, helping to support the team to maintain a robust development process ahead of a new product launch. The role is based in Oxfordshire and is a 2-day per week opportunity, with potential to expand on this. This role has an indicative OUTSIDE IR35 determination therefore we can accept candidates who would like to operate through their own PSC. You will join a small multi-skilled engineering team, supporting them in ensuring the implemented agile methodologies continue to be used, as well as coaching newer members of the team in the most effective processes. Key Skills Required – Contract Scrum Master, Oxfordshire: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master- Previous experience of working in an R&D product development environment- Experience of agile coaching methodologies, coaching and scrum ceremonies Interviews will take place in early September with a view to starting shortly thereafter.
