Are you ready to embark on an inspiring journey of teaching and learning Look no further As a Lecturer, you will be: Guiding and empowering students to make a meaningful impact in the fields of Health, Social Care, and Childcare Delivering captivating lectures and dynamic workshops that engage and challenge students backssing and supporting learners' needs, and managing the learning process Planning and Preparing Teaching and Learning Programmes Inspiring students to think critically, solve real-world problems, and become caring leader We are keen to speak to you if you have: Degree or equivalent qualification in a related area. Teaching qualification or willingness to gain within 4 years of appointment Experience in health, social care, childcare or social work Strong interpersonal skills and empathy with diverse learners and commitment to equal opportunities Tech-savvy mindset to harness the power of technology in education This is a temporary role until 23rd December to cover the first term initially. Working hours are full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday however a minimum of 30 hours could be on offer for the right person. You'll be based in offices in Rhos-on-Sea and on an hourly pay rate of £19.80 to £30.61 depending on qualifications and experience, plus holiday pay.
