Wages: $25.50 hourly, 30 to 40 hours a week Vacancies: 1 Vacancy Terms of employment: Permanent, full time employment Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning Job Requirements: Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP or, equivalent experience Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Responsibilities Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Post journal entries, prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, prepare tax returns, prepare trial balance of books, Reconcile accounts. Experience and specialization: Computer and technology knowledge, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, Simply Accounting Additional information: Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
