Support Worker required to support Adults with Learning Disabilities in our friendly residential care home situated in Hungerford We are seeking enthusiastic, caring people to join our experienced team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The right candidate will be passionate about supporting people to live a varied, full and rewarding life. Working with vulnerable adults is a varied and rewarding job. Previous experience is not essential as you will receive comprehensive training. Key Requirements to be a Support Worker: A positive and enthusiastic attitude You must be committed to supporting vulnerable people to live their best lives and to support people with respect and with dignity To be a good communicator and to be able to work well as part of a team To be enthusiastic about supporting people to live a varied and happy life Ability to both work under your own initiative but also as part of a team Previous experience is not essential as you will receive comprehensive training including being provided with QCF training Drivers with a full clean licence preferred as our clients like getting out and about Additional Information about the role of Support Worker: We cover the cost of your DBS check Enrolment on a QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care Part: time roles are also available : speak to us about availability Optional overtime available Benefits of working for us: Free meals and drinks whilst on shift A rewarding role Good work life balance Youll receive comprehensive training including being enrolled on a QCF in Health and Social Care Access to company pension scheme Opportunities for significant career progression : many of clients management team also started as Support Workers Above all a varied and rewarding job which makes a real difference to peoples lives on a daily basis.
