Butcher Cheema Bros. Meat Shop has been in the profession of providing fresh clean meat for retail and wholesale since 2018. We have been serving clients with professional and courteous service and above all, fresh meat. We are currently looking for one (1) full time Butcher for our Surrey Location. Job details Location: 12477 88 Ave #140, Surrey, BC V3W 1P8• Follow standard cutting techniques to ensure consistency in the size, quality, and presentation of meat products. • Handle and store meat products properly to maintain freshness, quality, and prevent cross-contamination. • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the team to ensure an adequate supply of meat products. • Prepare and season ground meat to create a variety of sausages, following established recipes and formulas. • Operate sausage-making equipment, such as grinders, mixers, and stuffers, with precision and attention to detail. • Ensure proper cooking, smoking, and curing techniques are applied to sausages for optimal flavor and safety. • Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. • Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and storage areas to ensure Education: Not required Must be able to communicate in English.
