Role Brief We are looking for a competent, friendly Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Service Team at our office in Greenfield, Oldham. Working with the UKs leading glasshouse manufacturer promoting Hartley Botanic luxury brand. You will be able to successfully manage and resolve queries efficiently whilst building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. You will have the ability to work accurately under pressure, within strict deadlines while being customer focused with an excellent telephone manner This is a key role within our business, reporting directly to the National Installation and Operations Manager and you will be a brand ambassador offering excellent customer service through the customer journey.
