They require a Simulation Software Engineer be responsible for simulating satellites in the toughest conditions, and perform manoeuvres in close proximity to other space assets. As part of the team, you will work on all aspects of software development on state-of-the-art simulators, from analysis and design, through to testing and deployment The company offer hybrid working and flexible hours, and you will join a team of highly talented engineers working on cutting edge technology, in their office and cleanroom facility in Oxford. Responsibilities for the Simulation Software Engineer: - Design, implement and test spacecraft simulators - Develop and integrate spacecraft simulation software based on clients requirements - Validate, configure, and deploy simulation software - Develop scripts based on the clients operational scenarios - Perform maintenance activities on simulators to ensure highest availability to users Experience required by the Simulation Software Engineer: - University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or other STEM discipline - Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering, real-time software development, preferably using modelling and simulation technologies - Sound knowledge of modern C++ C++14 - Object oriented programming using UML, design patterns Benefits - Competitive base salary - Opportunity to work with a highly talented, diverse & dynamic international team with cutting edge technology - Flexible working around core hours - Hybrid working - 25 days holiday increasing yearly up to a maximum of.
