Consultant Qualifications Skill Sets and Qualifications for Project Manager: · Experience implementing Healthcare clinical upgrades with EHRs and CPOE rollout in large & fast paced settings · Project Schedule modeling with MS Project (resource levelling, forecast scheduling) · Experience in implementing downtime EHR processes in ambulatory and acute care environments. Focus is on workflows when the ERH is not available for clinical users and how clinical users safely continue workflows: reference a downtime system for clinical information, checking in patients/registering, complete ordering and clinical documentation workflows, and upload information back to the EHR when downtime is complete · Experience driving transformational changes in healthcare environments working closely with physicians, nurses, clerks, ancillary department staff, and other key partners · Experience translating future state workflows to Cerner system designs · Familiar with change management/incident management processes · Experience with additional Oracle Cerner applications including 724 Downtime client, Power Chart, PMOffice, Scheduling desirable. · Issue and Risk Management Requirement Detail/Qualifications In addition to the qualifications and demonstrated expertise on projects with the characteristics described for PM Levels 1 through 3, the IT-related Project Management Consultants are.
