Job Description: Role: - Business Development Manager Salary : - £45,000 with £90,000 OTELocation: - Milton Keynes The Role Your role will be to win new logos, the lifeblood of any rapid growth business. We have awell-oiled digital marketing machine and a great team of SDRs helping to build your pipeline. We also have a brilliant Customer Success team to ensure that once you win a customerstrust, they are loved forever and keep coming back for more. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: Executing discovery calls with pre-qualified leads Demonstrating our software and solution to prospects Creating custom subscriptions based on individual client needs Closing deals Partnering with customer success to onboard your new business Working with marketing to refine our sales story and messaging Interpreting the evolution of clients demands to feed into the productdevelopment pipeline Essential Skills: Self-motivated, high energy and naturally curious Professional service mentality Engaging communicator with a good sense of humour Ability to overcome adversity and demonstrate resilience Able to take ownership and be accountable for outcomes Desire to grow and develop self, others and the business Desired Skills: Selling software (Saa S) Selling HR or Recruitment Technology (Rec Tech) Selling Recruitment Services Closing medium to high-value subscriptions (£5k to £50k)Environment We are looking for the right person and are willing to be flexible around your preferred workstyle.
