With multiple offices, they are committed to deliver a complete property service with a focus on client needs. The Role: You will act as the main point of contact for property owners, providing professional factoring service and building strong relationships with clients. You will perform connected administrative tasks, including effective communication via email, letter, and phone calls. Duties: Coordinate repairs to communal areas Manage planned maintenance works Conduct meetings with owners in the office and on-site, including AGMs Handle a high volume of daily calls and emails in a professional manner Conduct regular visits to developments to ensure high standards of work and service provision Requirements: Previous experience in Property Management, especially in Scottish Factoring Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Valid driving license required Benefits: Access to pool cars for on-site use Excellent salary and annual leave package Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
