Title: Cladder- Residential and Commercial Installer Reports to: Duty Manager Employer: Ensconce Systems Corporation Address: 25198 100 Ave, Maple Ridge, BC, V2W 1S3 1 Vacancy Full Time Position – Permanent Position Availability: As soon as possible Employment conditions: Early, Morning and Day Employment groups: Students, Youth, Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces, Visible minorities, Persons with disabilities, Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada, Seniors, Apprentices Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent Experience: 2 years Own Transportation Personal Suitability Team player, Reliability, Accurate, Organized Duties & Responsibilities: Duties may include but are not limited to the following items: - Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures. - Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations. - Install, repair and service interior prefabricated products such as doors, windows, kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities, water heaters and household appliances using hand and power tools. - Supervise other workers. - Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. - Prepare and maintain work materials. - Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products. - Determine layout and installation procedures. - Utilize hand and power tools. - Practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with clients and fellow employees. - Customize each panel according to the needs required. - Teamwork with other trade workers Language: English Wage: $29 hourly Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding, attention to detail, handling heavy loads Work Setting: Commercial, Residential Work Location Information Various locations Contact: Aaron La Plante Email: xyz X@ Please submit your resume with the word “Cladder” in the Subject line.
