Randstad are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor due to company growth and success. The company: Is a modular residential contractor that specialise in design and build, new build and refurbishment projects up to GBP10m in Value. You will work primarily in the retail and leisure sectors on new builds and extensions where you will be required to travel to sites, and will visit each site weekly, splitting the rest of the week between office and home working. The company has had continued growth with turnover doubling each year and this trend is only set to continue. They are based along the beautiful South Coast and this is your chance to be part of something great You will need: To have a sound knowledge and be experienced in payment terms, payment notices, contract protocol and matters associated with delays and extensions of time. To be skilled in subcontract procurement and understand the importance of this process. To be able to deliver CVRs on a monthly basis to the board and be responsible for all aspects of commercial reporting and procedures. To have a very strong teamwork ethos. To have had experience in working for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor as well as a SME. To be able to deal with 3 or 4 live projects at any given time. Experienced within the retail and leisure sectors. Experienced on a mixture of new build, design and build and refurbishment projects. But whats in it for you? A market leading salary.
