Technical Sales Specialist Roles and Responsibilities: • Working with the Business Development/Sales Manager, establish weekly/monthly schedule of contracts and sales targets• Develop and implement sales strategies for steel tubing products to meet and exceed sales targets• Maintain daily/weekly contact with Business Development Manager submitting prescribed reports• Review quarterly with Business Development Manager, performance in terms of target achievements and future projects• Grow customer base by identify new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships• Maintain understanding of the steel tubing products and provide presentations and meetings for new and existing clients• Coordinate with internal Sales Support any issues or special requests of customers with new, active or previous orders Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience• Experience in B2B technical sales• Completion of university degree or college diploma in a related technical field or business commerce, or equivalent technical and sales experience in a metal/steel industry or similar manufacturing and industrial products• Excellent verbal and presentation skills• Highly developed empathy and listening skills• Sel-motivated and high achievement-oriented mindset• Well developed practical abilities with office and business software (MS Office products)• Excellent problem-solving skills applying initiative and creative thinking to resolve conflict• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking in a dynamic working environment• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills in all facets of duties and responsibilities• Attention to details in repetitive works Language of Work: English Job Location: Supply Rite Steel Inc.160 Konrad Crescent, Unit 7Markham, ON L3R 9T9 Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time - 40 hours per week Salary $65,000 (CAD) per year, plus commission Group insurance benefits (co-pay program including life insurance, disability, medical, and dental;.
