Hales Group are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support our client in Southwold. This will be a dual role working within the Reservation and Reception Team of the business. We are seeking a professional individual who has passion towards Customer Service. Key responsibilities Assisting with tour bookings Dealing with reservations for rooms and restaurant Assisting customers with any queries Checking in guests in a warm but timely manner Checking guests out in a warm but timely manner Deal with any queries from guests or visitors on site First point of contact on the phone Deal with reservations via online booking system Happy to work 1 day at the weekend Skills and experience The ideal candidate will have experience within the Hospitality/ Retail industry Good attendance and time keeping Good organisational and self: motivational skills Ability to work on own initiative without supervision Excellent customer service skills Happy to attend to all guest requirements Good IT skills Experience of using guestline system is desirable Benefits Employee discounts Wellbeing programmes Career development opportunities Share incentive plans Company pension Life assurance tips LOCATION: Southwold HOURS: 5 days from 7 (40 hours 9 : 5.30pm or 10.30am : 7.00pm) DURATION: Permanent PAY: GBP10.50 per hour If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience to succeed in this position, Isobelle at our Lowestoft branch on or apply with your CV Why work through Hales Group?
