The Global Audit and Assurance (A&A) Talent Manager will participate in the design and execution of our Global A&A talent strategy. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other global Audit and Assurance teams (i. e. Quality, Transformation, Growth, Risk etc) to understand and backss how Talent initiatives will impact A&A employees. Another important responsibility will be to coordinate projects globally and understand the impact to the day- to-day activities. Our Global Audit and Assurance Talent Manager will interface with senior leaders from our Executive Member Firms and the Global A&A network. This role provides a unique opportunity to help build strategic and advisory skills, enhance operations management capabilities, and be at the forefront of our Global Audit and Assurance Talent strategy execution.
