What you’ll be doing… • Be an end-to-end product manager for the $19B secured line of credit portfolio, which generates $360MM+ in annual net interest margin • Responsible for defining strategies to drive Scotia Line account acquisition and credit limit utilization • Manage financial, operational and customer experience dimensions of the 548,000 account portfolio • Become business subject matter expert to inform the design and delivery of a new technology core platform for the product line • Grow the business by evolving our product offer to better meet the needs of customers through process optimization, enhanced features, and marketing strategies • Undertake end-to-end ownership over the Scotia Total Equity Plan including features and benefits, sales penetration and product positioning • Transform our Scotia Total Equity Plan to increase its value to customers and anchor its position as a market leading home equity solution • Simplify STEP to make it easier for customers to understand and take advantage.
