About the Role: We are now seeking a Planner to join our team; now in its eleventh year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. As a Planner you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with all trades; Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians & Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer focused service is maintained. Are sub office is based in Eastbourne and you'll be expected to cover the Eastbourne area. Role Criteria: Previous experience in an administrative role Excellent communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Ideally social housing experience All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
