Job Description: Fintelics is actively looking for an experience Deputy Chief Executive Officer to lead our venture studio arm team, which specializes in incubating project, making investment decision, and managing risk. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: In addition to support the Chief Executive Officer in the overall direction, management, and administration of all aspects of the company’s operation, Deputy Executive Chief Officer will work collaboratively with Executive leadership team to develop and execute the company’s investment strategies and manage risk; lead our Venture Studio Arm’s M&A process, including quantitative and qualitative analyze, strategic due diligence, business incubation, acceleration and integration. Determine and drive the mission and strategic direction of operating and investment activities that is consistent with the company’s board policies and objectives through affective management of human, financial and material resources. Establish concrete objectives and allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. Formulate investment strategies and approve online and offline campaign. Establish financial and administrative control, set project budget in conjunction with the CEO. Authorized and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Responsible for the overall human resources planning, and select middle managers and other executive Staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions. Co-ordinate the work of regions and departments, and lead the cross-functional team throughout the entire process of each investment program or incubation project...
