Optical Supply is a fast-growing Canadian company that provides optical frames, sunglasses, accessories, and other optical supplies all over Canada. Due to the ongoing expansion of our operations, we are currently looking to hire a hard-working and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities: • Supervise and oversee sales team – sales representatives and assistants• Work with sales team when closing sales• Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals• Answer potential customer enquiries about products and follow-up phone call questions• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages• Receive and report on all sales leads, volumes, and merchandising• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Requirements: • Secondary School Diploma• A college or post-secondary diploma is an asset• At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role are required• Strong knowledge of the English language – both written and oral• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills• High level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and time management skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize Compensation and Conditions: • $20.00 per hour for a 35-hour work week (overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week, if applicable)• Permanent, full-time position• Work Location: 34 Doncaster Ave, Unit #9, Thornhill, ON, L3T 4S1, however, you will be expected to travel within GTA as well as Canada to perform services.
