We have a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant Cleaner like you to work on a flexible basis and join our fabulous and supportive team. Our Extra Care Community Wellbeing service in Wallsend provides support to our brilliant customers who are aged 55 and over. Rated Good across all areas at our recent CQC inspection, we are proud and passionate about the high standards of care and support that we deliver. As our Cleaner you’ll play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our services and enabling the customers to live in a clean and safe home. You will work as part of an established friendly team, supporting with cleaning customer flats to a high standard as well as supporting customers with their laundry. You’ll also support to clean all communal areas, carry out regular stock check tasks and ensure good record keeping. You’ll strive to maintain our high standards of infection, prevention and control. About you You thrive both on working with people as well as being task focused. You’ll be flexible to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift. The great news is that you’ll be gaining loads of experience working on different tasks. You may already work within a cleaning environment or have done so in the past, however it’s not a deal-breaker if you haven’t. To be brilliant, we do need you to have an eye for detail and the desire to learn and make a difference! When you join, you’ll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring.
