Position: Human Resource Officer Location: 6625 Tomken Road Suite #206, Mississauga, ON, L5T 2C2 Job type: a permanent, full-time job with flexible working hours, including weekends Vacancies: 1Salary: $29.00 per hour Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience related field Education: College/CEGEP Job Duties include: • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements• Prepare and post notices and advertisements• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment• Review the inventories of candidates for each position• Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews• Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties• Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates• Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures• Negotiate and coordinate termination of employment appeals and disputes• Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training• Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling and recognition programs Work conditions and physical capabilities• Fast-paced environment• Repetitive tasks• Attention to detail Personal suitability• Accurate• Efficient interpersonal skills• Excellent oral communication• Excellent written communication• Organized Languages: Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must Interested candidates, please apply at: xyz X@.
