You will be working in a successful, expanding purpose-built R & D centre in Eastbourne. Skills needed for this Facilities Coordinator job: - Computer literate- Previous experience of use of works order maintenance systems- Understanding of end-to-end work flow processes- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relating to the built environment- Experience of working with contractors and small scale project works This really is a multi-technology, engineering driven job and will require somebody who can think outside the box and be on their toes. They are a friendly team who support each other and are big on personal development. The role carries primary responsibility for the issue of security access cards; and appropriate PPE to all persons working on site, as well as the appliance of contractor documentation.
