Our customer base includes some of the UK’s biggest hospitality and QSR chains such as KFC, Burger King, Pret and Nandos. An exciting new role has become available within the Senior Team for an experienced National Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the facilities and services within Best Food Logistics estate, throughout the UK. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the facilities at 6 premises across the business with a small team of colleagues at each of the 3 main locations. In the role of National Facilities Manager, you will manage the sites to ensure that we are Health & Safe and Legal and to ensure the continued safety of allall colleagues and that all facilities are fit for purpose, well-maintained and fully compliant with all statutory requirements. This will include: Through a small team at each of our locations, managing the maintenance, statutory compliance and upkeep of the incoming and outgoing services associated with the refrigeration plant, including the buildings and assets at each of our locations Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance life-cycle requirements Responsibility for utilities and services - general utilities to include water, gas and electricity, effluent, equipment, air handling and ventilation, Compressors, boilers and steam generation, fire alarm, emergency lighting, buildings and fabrication Conduct and document regular facilities inspections You will be required to createtender.
