About the Role We have an exciting new opportunity for a new Customer Service Advisor. The main objective of this role is to process customer enquiries in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner taking into account the Companys and the departments procedures, the customer specifications, the availability, delivery, and the potential increase in sales of our products and services. In addition to this, the post holder is responsible to build and develop effective relationships with customers and to always provide a proactive customer care service. The Customer Service Agent reports to the Head of Customer Service in the first instance and works in close conjunction and supports the Customer Service team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all customer orders are correctly processed Create a rapport with customers and aim to ensure 100 customer satisfaction Manage all plain stock purchase order requests and process when authorised Ensure all customers that request a sample are managed and processed Ensure all walk: in customers.
