Role Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Contract Specialist to join our Study Start: Up team, playing a vital role in ensuring the seamless commencement of clinical trials. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to advancing safe and effective medical therapeutics on a global scale. Responsibilities: Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize crucial legal documents, including agreements and termination letters, essential for the initiation of clinical studies. Skillfully negotiate using approved contract and budget templates, remaining within established parameters. Identify, backss, and escalate legal, financial, and operational risks to Contract Leads or Managers as necessary. Offer well: founded recommendations and alternative solutions throughout negotiations via established escalation channels. Collaborate across departments to align site startup activities with contractual processes and agreed timelines. Stay current with local regulations influencing clinical trial contracts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in Law or Sciences. Prior experience negotiating site agreements in a CRO or investigator site capacity. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional organization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Detail:.
