Jonathan Lee Recruitment has 8 new vacancies available for Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing business in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This Production Operative role comes with a starting salary of A GBP 24,133 per annum, with an opportunity to progress to A GBP 32,235 per annum, an excellent benefits package also comes with these roles. Working within a fast: paced manufacturing environment, you will monitor the efficiency of the machine and the quality of the products being produced. The role is 12: hour days and nights with 4 on and 4 off shifts. Due to the sites location, you must have your own transport or access to transport. Some of the primary tasks youll be taking on as a Production Operative include: Conducting basic machine maintenance where required Packing finished products into boxes Visually inspecting the products as they come off the machine Conducting hourly checks on the machine and completing paperwork once this has been completed Reporting any major machine issues to the senior management team The hiring manager is preferably looking for someone who has previous experience within the manufacturing industry, but they are prepared to train people who have the right attitude and want to join a long: standing manufacturing business.
