A Housing Association based in Chelmsford is currently recruiting for a Guest Services Team Leader to join their Team as soon as possible. This is an ongoing contract on full time basis based five days per week in Chelmsford and the ideal candidate must have experience & knowledge of Estates Maintenance / Caretaking, ideally as a Team Leader / Senior position. A Housing Association based in Chelmsford is currently recruiting for a Guest Services Team Leader to join their Team as soon as possible. This is an ongoing contract on full time basis based five days per week in Chelmsford and the ideal candidate must have experience & knowledge of Estates Maintenance / Caretaking, ideally as a Team Leader / Senior position. The purpose of the role is to supervise and work as part of a team of Guest Service Associates in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and safety to all Keyworker accommodation. Responsibilities: To ensure compliance with Housekeeping schedules, frequencies and methods which have or may be further defined or amended in accordance with the area’s Schedules and Specifications. To acknowledge that the working environment is where people live and that the performance of duties should be complemented by a sensitive manner and can do attitude to residents and visitors to Keyworker Schemes. To report and monitor all repairs and defects to the accommodation that may be discovered whilst carrying out routine duties or as advised by staff, local residents or visitors to the Accommodation to ensure that Swan HA Health and Safety obligations are met. Requirements: Ability to work in quick and busy environment. Ability to safely and efficiently operate all specialist machinery and equipment associated with the team after training. Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including collection / removal of bulk refuse / large heavy items of refuse and equipment with assistance as necessary. Ability to carry out caretaking.
