To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, sales, marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in wedding and social event sales, preferably in a luxury hotel or event venue setting. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. As a Social Events Executive at Kimpton Fitzroy London, your primary responsibilities will focus on generating sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful event execution.
