A key role within the organisation, this Head of HR Services role will work in synergy with the wider HR team & senior management to implement a contemporary & " best in class" HR service. This is a varied role with lots of opportunity to shape the function, with a key focus on transactional HR processes, including the onboarding process & how they harness data / insights to inform strategic decision making. Manager self service will be a huge focus for this position, not only from a transactional / process perspective but also from a cultural change perspective. This will a big shift for the business therefore gaining buy in & providing support will be essential for its success. It’s expected that HR Services team will strive for continuous improvement & service excellence at all times. Supporting this role is a small team to whom you will be a strong leader, aiding them in their development while ensuring they work well together as a team and deliver to a high standard. You will possess a proven track record of appropriate HR services experience and team management; preferably from within a commercial, busy organisation.
